Bearded Dragons native habitat is Australia which is a desert environment. In which case, bearded dragons require a hot and dry environment. Planted/bedding may be sand or gravel. High u.v.b is essential. Rocks and/or non-spined cactus as decoration. Bearded Dragons reach an estimated maximum size of 18 inches.
Bearded Dragons are terrestrial, which means they live on the land. They prefer to stay on the ground, and do not travel into the tree's often. However, climbing rocks, bark and drift wood would make your animal happy.
